Weddings and Special Events

Roast Whole Pig
Spit-roasted whole pig, with Puerto Rican seasonings (Italian or Asian styles also possible). We also roast goat or lamb. Sauces available include, for pig, pique (hot pepper sauce), chimichurri, and traditional BBQ sauce, and for lamb and goat, a housemade harissa. Our meats are humanely raised on local farms. More information

Paella
We do paella for up to 200 guests on our giant paella pans, cooked over a wood fire. Your choice of toppings on authentic Spanish Bomba rice, saffron, sofrito, and seasonings. This dish is a centerpiece event.
